A Gentle Approach
to the Sleep
Your Family Deserves

As a Master-level, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and pediatric sleep specialist, I’m here to help your little one (and you!) get the rest you need—and deserve. I use a unique, responsive method called Association Fading™, a gentle yet effective approach that has helped thousands of families get more sleep with less stress.

Ready for rested nights and brighter days? You’re in the right place.

Gentle Sleep Support Rooted in Behavior Science and Real Life

You adore your little one—and it shows in every rock, every snuggle, every sleepless night you’ve powered through out of love. But when sleep starts to feel unsustainable, it’s okay to want change. That doesn’t mean you’re failing—it means you’re human, and you care deeply. Teaching your baby to sleep independently is a beautiful gift-one that lays the foundation for healthier rest throughout life.

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and pediatric sleep specialist, I take a science-backed, responsive approach that supports babies in learning new sleep routines—gently and intentionally. Sometimes that process involves tears, and while that can feel hard, it doesn’t have to feel confusing or overwhelming. I’m here to support you with thoughtful guidance, practical tools, and compassion, so you can show up for your little one with confidence.

Newborns 6-11 Weeks

Setting healthy sleep foundations from the very beginning will ensure you and your little one are set up for success.

  • Establish lasting sleep habits for restful nights ahead

  • Support your baby’s development through consistent sleep

  • Reduce reliance on sleep associations (and help you say goodbye to them entirely!)

  • Create a predictable nap schedule that works for your entire family

Infants 3-18 Months

At this stage, babies hit so many exciting milestones—and while they’re amazing, they can sometimes throw a little chaos into your baby’s sleep. But don’t worry, we’ve got your back!

  • Help your little one sleep independently with a unique, gentle, evidence-based approach

  • Gradually say goodbye to those unsustainable sleep habits (feeding, rocking, patting… sound familiar?)

  • Tackle those early morning wake-ups

  • Extend naps, so everyone feels a little more rested!

Toddlers 18 Months-4 years

Watching your little one grow is pure magic—though let’s be real, toddlers can be a bit difficult (in the cutest way, of course)! As they grow and tackle new milestones, their sleep habits deserve to level up too.

  • Help them rock independent sleep in their own crib or bed

  • Say goodbye to early morning wake-ups (and hello to a little extra sleep!)

  • Enjoy naps that actually stick, or introduce "quiet time"

  • Make the transition to a new bed or room FUN and empowering
